                             WELCOME TO JESUS OUR SAVIOR CHURCH

The task of our Church is three-fold; to worship God, share the Word and witness for Jesus, our Savior.

WORSHIP- this church shall promote the worship of God (Psalm 95:6-7, Matthew 4:10, John 4:24, Acts 2:42-47, Philippians 2:9-11)

WORD-we will proclaim the truth of God's word and shall disciple people of all nations in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19, John 1:1-4, John17:17, 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

WITNESS-we will encourage a steadfast, biblical witness by our Church (Matthew 5:13-16, John 13:35, Acts 1:8, 1 John 3:16)

Our guiding Scripture is taken from Romans 10:9, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

STATEMENT OF FAITH:

1. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is our Maker, the Creator of the universe, the Giver of life, Owner of heaven and earth and everything in them, and as such deserves man’s supreme WORSHIP and adoration.

2. We believe that man was created in the image of God, but as a result of sin, he is lost and powerless to save himself. We believe that the only hope for man is to accept JESUS OUR SAVIOR, confess that He is Lord and believe that He rose from the dead in order to be saved and possess eternal life.

3. We believe that the Bible is the WORD of God, the source of truth and without error, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. We believe in all that it teaches, obey in all that it requires, and trust in all that it promises.

4. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells those who have received Christ enabling them to live righteous and Godly lives. He equips and empowers believers to accomplish Jesus Christ’s commission, to make disciples among all people, always bearing WITNESS to the gospel in word and deed.
